BUILDING A CORPORATE DIGITAL START-UP
As one of the leading B2B wholesalers of consumables, igefa decided to set up a digital company in order to tap into new target groups and markets. TalentFormation worked with experts from the TalentFormation Network to build a digital business model and a new digital organization with a complete system landscape and logistics in just nine months. Thanks to independence from existing systems and the rapid deployment of external experts, an e-commerce platform was launched on time and rolled out quickly. Approach
EXTERNAL EXPERTS AND INDEPENDENCE FROM EXISTING SYSTEMS
Given the ambitious goals and the need to develop the necessary skills internally, igefa called on the expertise of TalentFormation.
During the conception and implementation phase, TalentFormation took on not only technical but also specialist roles - from business model designers to marketing experts, category managers and back-end developers.
From the outset, the aim was to gradually internalize these external roles and systematically empower both existing and newly recruited employees to drive the new e-commerce business forward independently.
With the support of TalentFormation, the e-commerce start-up Levejo was founded with customized product ranges and solutions for small B2B companies, freelancers and private individuals.
Step-by-step development from digital business model to market-ready online shop. After the German launch, the platform and systems were optimized and scaled for international markets.
TalentFormation initially filled key roles to ensure speed and expertise. Structures for Online Retail, Category Management, and Engineering were built and gradually internalized.
Core processes and system connections (ERP, fulfillment, CRM) were established early on and expanded with procurement, controlling, and returns management for international scalability.
