TFN was founded by Michael Wegener, a senior product leader and entrepreneur, who's spent decades designing how high-performing digital teams work best and how they don’t.
He's accelerated product organizations across startups, scale-ups, and corporates. He's experienced the limits of conventional org structures and staffing models and has long pioneered new ways of forming teams and enabling product ecosystems in flow. He has selected product experts with complementary focuses around him whoshare a common mindset:
