Hephaistos: Team Performance in AI-Native Work Environments_

A study by TalentFormation and the University of Southern Denmark

Google's Project Aristotle asked what makes some teams more effective than others. We ask the same question for software and product teams that work with AI every day.

How it works

  1. Personal survey. Every team member fills it in on their own, ideally in the first week of your project. You start by creating a personal code.
    Start the personal survey
  2. Team survey. Once you can judge how your project went, every team member rates the team and each teammate. That is within one to two weeks after the project ends or after a major milestone such as a release, and after at least four weeks of working together. Product teams without a fixed project end take part after a milestone. Your whole team uses the same team link, which you create below.

Create your team link

One person per team creates the link and shares it with the rest of the team. Teams of 2 to 8 people.

Who counts as your team? The core project team: the people who worked together regularly and directly to complete the project's deliverables. Include people from other departments or stakeholder groups only if they were part of this ongoing collaboration and shared responsibility for the work. Do not include people who only provided occasional input, approved decisions, sponsored the project, or received its outputs.

Your team link

Send this exact link to every member of your team. Please do not create a second link for the same team.

Your data

Your answers are confidential. They stay with the university research team and are never shown to your teammates or your employer. TalentFormation only sees aggregated results. Everyone who takes part gets the results.
